I use this product for its nutritional value. It's best cooked because it has a mild flavour but in its raw state it needs a lot of chewing!

I bought it because of its health properties but it's delicious too! It has a super fishy but nice. I am not a cook so my food is simple but nutritive. I use it with quinoa adding all the vegetarian stuff I would have used in a paella. It tastes good!

This has never happened before but our package came clipped at the top leaving some of the contents exposed. We feed this to our little ones ( in smoothies) so had to throw away sadly.

Tried a tiny bit of this right out of the bag as the label suggests. My advice: DON'T; maybe cooking this would make it better? I wouldn't ordinarily write a bad review just because I don't like the taste of something, because taste is obviously subjective. But it made me unwell the next day, and it says right on the bag that you are supposed to be able to eat it raw. So, I obviously can't recommend this product, and they should probably consider testing for microbes more than once a year.

It had mold growing on it. So gross. I would have never noticed it except i was tearing it into smaller pieces for a salad.

Seaweed is rich in minerals which that a crucial building blocks to a healthy body. I use 1 teaspoon (each Dulse Wakame) and sneak into many recipes no need to tell anyone in the household just do it. If I go more than that there is a flavor consideration. Thank you.

Bought this to make dashi for my first attempt at homemade ramen. I didn't know what to expect but figured it would be kind of like nori a dry, crunchy, perfectly rectangular sheet. Out of the bag came this singular beautiful, soft, fragrant leaf. It feels like a delicate silk.I made the dashi and I credit this kelp for giving it a rich umami flavor that made mouthwatering ramen. Incredible.
