I got this as an iodine source because I can't take iodine supplements. The way I like it best is to lightly toast in the oven until it gets crunchy.

The texture and flavor is amazing it's a little bit on the soft chewy end, but in a good way. At first the flavor profile is smoky and savory with a light sea mist finish I don't like fishy stuff and this stuff so amazing especially if combined with another flavor I've been putting it in kimchi and it's amazing. I bought a lot of products from Maine coast see vegetables and I've never been disappointed.

Don't despair at the size of the bag. I cut up laver and toss it into my stir fry and it gives a distinct umami flavor that is equal to none other. I love it. It turns my stir fry into a real Asian cultured dish. I will be buying this frequently!

Don't much like the taste, but I don't think that's anything to do with this specific brand - I just don't like the taste of seaweed - however, it is working great with the detox I'm doing and it's great quality
