Order to try it for detoxing, have had it on my salads and in my soup. It tastes as expected. I would buy it again when I run out, though I'm not sure I will use it up very quickly.

This is my 10th bag. One happy clam. Iodine pills are expensive and processed ... Here you are getting Iodine straight from the seahorse's mouth.

I ordered two bags. Both were damp on the inside and growing mold with Best Before dates of 3/12/23. With no return available, this was a complete waste of money.

Kelp is a superfood for me according to my SWAMIXP2. It is a very important source of iodine for me. I need this iodine due to my inherited condition of excessive earwax. I soak it for 20 minutes in good quality water prior to eating.

I'd never gotten kelp in this form before so it was different to get a hunk of seaweed. But cut it up and baked, and it was a nice, ocean salty crisp.

Even if you don't actually eat it or care for the taste of seaweed (kelp) if you add it to soups and stews for the mineral content alone that goes into the broth, it's an excellent way to add minerals to your favorite soup dish! Add some astragalus root sticks to boost your immune system and you've got a super soup, to aid in healing!

the package was fast and ok but its not for me so i gave it a neutral score. It tastes like less strong sea weed which tastes like the ocean.
