Kelp is a superfood for me according to my SWAMIXP2. It is a very important source of iodine for me. I need this iodine due to my inherited condition of excessive earwax. I soak it for 20 minutes in good quality water prior to eating.

I'd never gotten kelp in this form before so it was different to get a hunk of seaweed. But cut it up and baked, and it was a nice, ocean salty crisp.

the package was fast and ok but its not for me so i gave it a neutral score. It tastes like less strong sea weed which tastes like the ocean.

Use these in pots of beans and bean soups and it really does help reduce or do away with gas for those who eat them. Some say there is a slight fishy flavor but I don't notice it.

I have purchased this product before direct from the company and their Dulse is first rate. For the reviewer who thought her product was moldy: IT'S NOT MOLD! The company naturally harvests and dries this product from the sea. As it dries, the seawater evaporates leaving a white, salty residue which makes it taste even better! This also has the added convenience of not having to add the extra salt to your foods - it's already there! So get this product and start getting healthier...it's soooo good!!

The 1 oz pack produces like 2 full ponds of vegetable after soaking it.It is kind of chewy even after boiling.I don't have the cooking skill to break down the chewy texture, so I struggle to finish eating the 1 oz pack in 1 dinner setting just now.It is really very filling. Feels like just finished a steak dinner.
