We put it in our hymalain pink salt for the iodine, just mix it in with it when we refill our salt container for cooking

I enjoy this seasoning a lot! I don't have a need to limit my salt intake but see why this product could help someone who does. It's got a subtle seaweed taste, which I like. For me, I will buy it again. I don't remember the cost for the small bottle I bought. Next time, I'll pay more attention to the size/price, now that I know I really like it.
