Mission: We know how important prom is for many high schoolers, especially for young girls who have dreamt of that night since their freshman year. But due to cost and the extra responsibilities that some students are forced to take on, many young girls across the country are unable to attend that oh-so-magical-night. Thats why our mission at Maria's Closet is to relieve some of that burden, and provide formal wear, accessories, make-up and more to girls who otherwise could not afford to go to their school proms. Our giveaways are designed to make each and every girl feel empowered, inspired, confident, and of course, beautiful. Maria's Closet aims to empower young women, one gown at a time!

Results: Our first Big Give resulted in 67 young women in our South Bay community receiving dresses, styling advice, make-up kits, purses, and more. Since then, we have been able to work with and empower over 700 amazing young women with the generous donations we've been gifted and the fundraising events we host.
