2 oz is just the right size for us as a couple who does a lot of cooking. We use marjoram often in our Italian cooking and it's harder to find locally. They use high quality resealable pouches. The marjoram seemed quite fresh and had a great aroma.

Canned green beans can be rather dull in flavor, but have an affinity for marjoram. I sprinkled some of Spice Ways marjoram leaves on canned green beans (only salt and water had been added by the canning company) and microwaved the beans for 40 secs at 70 power. What I got was wonderful tasting green beans, something I would have expected to find only in a gourmet restaurant. That was do Spice Way's Marjoram. It is fresh and flavorful, and does what it is supposed to do with food.

Like cilantro, this spice just doesn't agree with me. I have the anti-cilantro gene. Yes, it's a real condition. Cilantro tastes like soap to me, and this did too. NO FAULT of the company! I have purchased many of their spices and they are always fresh and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable too. I will continue to purchase from The Spice Way!
