I love this little machine. It creates a soothing background noise and really does help me fall asleep. I've traveled with mine for years and it continues to hold up well. Nice and compact. No fancy bird calls, etc., but I find those irritating. This is just a nice soft background noise.

Good size for travel. Adjustable, high quality, consistent sound. This is my third Marsona/Marpac. One is over 20 years old and still works fine. (The 2nd one didn't survive an entire glass of wine being dumped into it. Oooops.)

Really helps me sleep by covering up other ambient noises, such as train horns, or cars passing my house.

We've bought several white noise machines and all were crap. Any surprise that those were quite a lot cheaper? This one, though quite expensive, is worth it. It works, no skipping or obvious disturbances in the sound. My husband uses it all day for work and it's perfect.

This is the Best white noise machine ever and its size and adapters make it perfect for travel. Have tried others but they were too big or not loud enough. Have bought them as gifts too.

Great sound machine that travels well and fits in small spaces. We normally use a fan, but this is just as good if not better and much easier to travel with.

Best sounds machine, worth the money. I have one for every bedroom. Creates rich sound that drowns out most things. I have noisy 2.5 year old and an infant in a small home and we all get great sleep because of these sound machines.

This sound machine is great, it even helps to drown out my husbands snoring a bit. The reason I bought this model was because we are going on a trip soon to Ireland and I will be able to use it over there as well as here. I really like it and would recommend this machine!

Easy to pack; lightweight, and has a variety of sounds and pitches. Machine is perfect! This is my second sound machine from Marpac. The first one lasted 16 years.

We have two of these-1 for each child???s room. They work like a dream. We travel frequently with the kids and we throw these in our carry-ons. Kit is compact and awesome for traveling with the international plug adapters.

Love these things and can't live without them. We wear them out and buy new ones. We give them as gifts. All our children our grandchildren have one in their bedroom. We take two on vacation so we don't hear the kids up and roistering late at night and early in the morning.

Where has this thing been all my life? We turn it on the wav sound, found our perfect pitch. My husband and I both sleep better because it helps to mask the noise of each other's snoring. We like it so much that we take it with us when we travel !

This noise machine is hands down the best one we've found. I ordered 4 other ones (much cheaper to mid range pricing) before this one and the issues ranged from; not being loud enough, having to listen to the loop reset (annoying), to have background noise in the loop and then acquiring one that was HUGE! As they say, you get what you pay for, and despite this one being substantially more then the rest, I would gladly pay this price again! There are two sounds, white noise and waves on here, so if you want birds chirping or a babbling brook, you're out of luck. You can customize the highs/lows and volume on this one. It is very loud for it's tiny size and it came with a travel case and international adaptors too, i did not realize this so this was a bonus as far as I am concerned, which works out since we are traveling overseas next month! I highly recommend this machine!
