The quality of the bag itself, is great! I suffered a slipped lumbar disk and have been in horrible pain. Changing from my laptop bag and alleviating the weight and pressure off of my back and shoulder by purchasing this beauty, has changed my life. The handle could be more sturdy and the key was missing for the front flap pocket. But, overall, I'm pleased.

This bag is beautiful but be careful not to strain its capacity. The zipper pulled apart the first time I closed it. Now I'm very careful not to put too much in (which also makes it lighter to carry and pull). It is very attractive and serves me well for business. It stacks well on my suitcase and my purse handle fits right over the case's pull handle. Another note is that the opening where the handle tucks away is open to the interior so be careful not to put small things that could fall out of the opening near it.

Love the color and style but the handle only will adjust to one length not good for a short person like myself to use but I still use it and get lots of compliments from CO workers on the style and color

Very pretty bag. I purchased another one on blue as well (different style) because I couldn't decide online which I wanted, but I ended up keeping both because they're both so pretty. The only issue is that they are not very roomy. Both of these really only hold my laptop and a few other basics, so if your plan is to use this as a carry on, it likely won't work. I couldn't even fit my Bose headphones in and had to leave them at home. I still like it a lot though and am keeping them both. I just wish they had a little more space.

While this is a beautiful bag, the zipper is broken upon opening the package. The leather is quite stiff, though hopefully would soften with usage, the royal blue interior is exquisite but will be returning as I cannot close it with a broken zipper.
