This dark maple syrup is very rich in flavor. It is smooth and not bitter or sharp at all. Always used the Amber in the past. This is superior and what I will continue to buy in the future. It is priced comparable to other grades and worth the money. Nothing added to it like color or chemicals, just al organic and natural.

I only like real maple syrup. I have tried nearly all of the grocery store brands as well as Costco's and Sam's. I seem only to find thin runny syrups with very little maple flavor.I purchased the 32oz bottle and I honestly have to say this is the BEST maple syrup I've EVER had in my mouth !!! It is dark, very flavorful and has a little body when you pour it. I could pour this stuff on my stinky sox and serve them to company and they'd eat them it is so good !!!I highly recommend this !! I think I'm going to have to order more because this is so good I'm tempted to drink it !

The grade B taste far better than the A grade. This is not organic but it taste better but it was the A grade of the organic not the B grade. This brand taste pretty good.

This is excellent maple syrup. The only drawback is that the opening is much too wide. It pours a lot too quickly. Would be better if they made a smaller opening

This wasn't quite what I expected in flavor. I've been using local Pure Maple Syrup for years in MN/WI perhaps it's because the syrup came from the east vs midwest??

We did a test at home, see pic, of 3 brands. and we really like this.The Coombs Family Farms Maple Syrup is more flavorful than the Whole Foods 365 brand, and has a good maple flavor we all thought was top notch. Maple syrup always has variations, but the Coombs is like an A or A-, on a scale where A is the best you every had.The Escuminac Late Harvest is also quite delicious, but it's more perfumed and vegital, and a tad less maple. We all thought it was delicious, with multiple layers to the flavor, but Coombs is cheaper and has more of a normal, expected, comforting maple flavor.

We rarely have pancakes so I don't consume it much but he loves this maple syrup for its natural taste and uses it on greek yogurt.This area of the US doesn't do maple trees like the midwest or northeast does, so yes, it's a good buy for us out in the Mojave desert.

I've bought maple syrup from various manufacturers and stores, from cheap to the most expensive and this Coombs maple syrup has the best maple syrup flavor with just the right color and thickness.
