Mission: To empower people to save starving children. We show our love for our less fortunate brothers and sisters throughout Iowa and the world by packaging meals to be distributed to those in need. We invite all to join us, regardless of beliefs, as we serve the starving. We endeavor to inspire hope and passion in the hearts of those we serve and serve with.

Results: Since 2008, Meals from the Heartland has provided over 165 million meals to the hungry in Iowa and around the world.

Direct beneficiaries per year: to feed over 387,000 children in feeding initiatives

Programs: Meals from the heartland is committed to its mission of empowering people to save starving children. We are a faith-related organization that believes in the importance of prayer, volunteer service and financial giving to help save starving children. We are made up of volunteers from businesses, schools, churches, community organizations and beyond who package meals for delivery to malnourished people in Iowa, across the United States and around the world.
