I have used these for years. They are great for cutting out runs in the clear coat. They allow you to be very specific when removing material. They also last a long time.

I restore antiques and this is the best because it smooths and polishes. When I remove the lip from a buggered up screw with a rubber mandrel in my Dremel I can then remove the rust and smooth the surface with this 2000 grit sandpaper before polishing. I restore Edison, Victor, and other sound boxes for wind up record players cylinder and disc and this allows me to produce professional results. I have used this for over ten years with wonderful results.On aluminum Columbia reproducers it allows me to remove or lessen damaged areas and restore. It works perfectly.
