I was thinking of using a Clay bar to remove some of the sediments on the paint to make it smooth before waxing. Instead, I used mirror glaze 6 with an orbital buffer and accomplished everthing in one step. Very good results, since I haven???t waxed it for since purchasing new after 18,000 miles and going through harsh winter. I think it gives better results than the red bottle version.

This is a really great product. It has just enough very mild abrasive to clean well and leaves a smooth/ shiny finish. I use this to recondition virtually any painted surface. I've even used it on glass to remove severe water mineral deposits and other foreign surface contaminates with excellent results- the glass looked beautiful afterwards (note- it's not designed for that purpose). Do mask off black plastic auto/truck trim parts when applying this product because the cleaner/wax residue may turn some black plastic white when it dries- even though you wiped it off. You will find many cleaning and surface restoration uses for this product.

This stuff is a super way to clean up a paint job that is in pretty good shape. Using an orbital polisher gives the best results, but the shine is deep and rich. I highly recommend.

This is Best and Easiest to use that I know of. Just Wipe on, let dry and Wipe Off. Year's ago, I used Wesley's Auto Polish, and this stuff is as close to it that I have found that is affordable. WalMart sell's the Meguiar's Lite Duty Cleaner Wax for $7.45/16oz, so get this 64oz 6 Medium Duty Cleaner/Polish/Wax, for about the same price as 4 of the 16oz Walmart and it will clean and polish better plus Wax protection, IMO.

Easy on and off wax,nice shine...

I usually detail 7 to 10 cars a week, including polishing, compounding and waxing. I decided to try out the M6 and see how it worked and boy was I impressed. It is super easy to apply (I use a random orbital polisher with applicator pad) and just as easy to remove. And when it does come off, it leaves the paint, in most cases, quite literally like a mirror. It saves me so much time because it combines 2 sometimes 3 steps into one, with very close to the same results. I still have to use compound for more neglected paint and deeper blemishes, but for 80 of cars, especially newer models, this works like a charm and can combine compounding, polishing and waxing into one. I would still highly recommend claying the car, especially horizontal surfaces, before applying. It's also important to make sure to leave the product on long enough for it to really dry and glaze. Finish the whole process with a spray wax, and you will have a car that looks like new. 5 stars.

Best wax I have ever used. Goes on easy and no heavy rubbing coming off. Leaves a great shine also.

Not the quality of a three step cleaner, sealant, casaba wax finish. I'll use it since I purchased the product. Once it is gone, back to a three step cleaning, sealant and complete quality casaba wax. M6 isn't the 34;mirror glaze34; finish claimed. NOTE: vehicle washed, dried and waxed with M6 according to Meguiar's well published wash and wax procedures. Want a great mirror glaze? Use a canaba wax.

does the job

This stuff is just amazing. I bought it to use on my motorcycle. It absolutely glows after only one application and it is used very sparingly. I don't know how long the shine will last but it really did a great job of cleaning and shining in one step as advertised. I would not hesitate to recommend this and can't wait to try it on my car.
