These are the best white chocolate melts around...don't waste your time with Wilton's. Use these for caramel apples, avalanche bark, peppermint bark...really consistent results!

Very easy to work with. Make alot of peppermint bark around the holidays - huge treat. Make a lot of different things with the melted chocolate - dip oreos, large marshmallows (I use a paper straw as a holder ... let excess drip off ... decorate with sprinkles, coconut, chopped nuts etc ... Really ends up being a reasonable, impressive gift. I also use to make chocolate covered strawberries. Only brand chocolate I use. Remember - white chocolate burns easily.

These are the best quality melts I have ever used. They are so creamy. I had to stop the other half from eating them before I could use them. The whole house agrees - absolute best white chocolate we have ever had!

I use this brand for my dipped berries although I'm not a fan of the price I genuinely love the service! It came in two 5 lbs bags. It got here before the day expected. It came really well packaged as well! Did not melt on the way here at all!!! This brand is really good the flavor is amazing too!

This chocolate is way better than Wilton Candy Melts. It's not all thick and it's tastes good. I will never buy a different brand of chocolate

Came in more than half the bag was melted and was really hard to reheat i had to go buy another bag and this seller doesn't give an option for returns or ur money back

I absolutely love Merckens chocolate. It's awesome. Stays loose longer than other melts so I could dip everything easily. It is kinda pricey but seems to go farther than other melts

This is great quality white chocolate. It melts easily for bark. I make peppermint bark every Christmas and people love it. Dried blueberries are also great mixed with melted Merckens for a hot weather bark!
