Mission: Founded in 2006, Mercy Chefs is a faith-based, non-profit disaster relief organization. We exist to serve professionally prepared meals for victims, volunteers and first responders in national emergencies and natural disasters and are committed to using our resources to meet the needs of others. We respond to natural disasters and national emergencies at a moment's notice. In our response, our professional chefs prepare high-quality, hot meals on a mass scale for victims, first-responders and volunteers. In addition, we have provided relief in eight nations following disasters and during critical humanitarian crisis. (Less)
