Now, granted. This isn't an Aeron chair. Nowhere even close, but if you're looking for a nice cheap alternative to an aeron then it performs exceptionally well. It's extremely adjustable so you can customize how you sit in it.My only complaint is that the back to the chair tends to slide down slowly over weeks even when ive fully tightened the knob, and then I have to readjust it

I'm small (4'10) so this chair isn't the best for me. The arm rests adjust up and down but need them to adjust in or out as I can't get them close enough to my body for proper comfort. Also, the seat tilt is very hard to adjust, it's a 2 person task. The back rest title feature is not a useful feature as there is no head rest. If you don't spend a great deal of time in the chair, it's a good buy.

This chair is considered 'cheap' for good reason. Like a lot of people, I noticed some design flaws. First of all, my chair doesn't keep it's elevated position, and is constantly 'going down' on it's own. I can't imagine its going to hold up long at this rate.If you 'need' a chair for a year, this might work. If you are looking for something longer term, spend the money on a chair made in America.

Chair itself was fine for the first few weeks, but now is so squeaky it's sometimes hard to work or be on work calls

Bought chair for my daughter as she attends an online high-school. Mechanism to lock back of chair has failed at about the 9 month point. I've been trying to research the mechanism to see if it can be fixed. Good chair until this happened... No it's worthless.CORRECTION/UPDATECouldn't find solution online but studied mechanism. Tension on thin silver blades controls the actual locking of the seat back. Tightening the hinge screw/pin prevents the chair back from moving when the seat back locking handle is depressed. Chair is now fixed, operates as intended. Upgrading to 4 stars as chair is completly functional, works as designed, good deal for the money. Real pain and took wat too long to figure out. lt;frown>

The seat looks cushy, but is like sitting on cardboard. I have had to add extra support and extra lumbar support.

This is a good solid chair, it doesn't quite hold its height, every couple weeks I have to readjust an inch or two higher but its not an issue. there's no headrest but you can see that in the pics, I've had no issues
