Every child/adult should have one of these in their bedroom! We purchased for everyone in our home, very easy to use and we store under the bed - the only item under the bed so it's easy to find!

I feel confident in the quality of this ladder, heaven forbid it is needed. Light weight, user friendly and very inexpensive - especially for the peace of mind. I Will be purchasing more for other upstairs rooms of my home, and have recommended to friends and family. I bought the 13 ft ladder for my second story window.

As said before, supposed to be a life saving device, however the instructions say it is a one time use product. Sad to say I'll have to wait a fire before I can try it out.

The ladder can be conveniently stored in a hall closet, that wear I put mines. While I never expected this emergency ladder to function as a regular ladder for various tasks, it serves its purpose exceptionally well. It can easily be stored in a dresser drawer due to its compact size and lightweight aluminum construction. For the price I am happy with my purchase.

I just bought this to relieve my anxiety a lot more with my daughter sleeping in her room now. we tested it out and it works a lot better than I thought. Would recommend!

I purchased one ladder and will likely get another in the future. Our kids rooms are upstairs for the first time which makes me nervous in case of a fire. The product is heavy but now that my 8 yo is old enough to maneuver it in a pinch, I'm happy to have this as an option.

My mom gifted me this for my new home after losing everything to a fire in the middle of the night. My neighbor was trapped upstairs and almost died, this would have helped him tremendously. It's compact and fits under my bed near the window. It's single use so I can't vouch for its function but it's given me peace of mind if I ever find myself in that situation again. I have told all my friends and family to buy one.

I bought this as a backup escape route for my upstairs. I only have one way out now (down the main stairs) as the second, outside set of stairs on my house has deteriorated and must be removed. Bought these to be able to escape out my bedroom window just in case the main stairs are impassible. I really hope to never need to use them. I did inspect them and they seem easy to use and well made but then Kidde is a trusted brand.

We have this in our bedroom in case we cannot get out of the house through the front door. It is easily to store but it will save lives if you need to escape from your upstairs rooms. Keep it on the room you are most likely to be able to get out under any circumstance. We have it in the farthest rom from the kitchen.

This is a great ladder to have incase of a fire. It seems like it's very safe to throw down from an upper window to help everyone get out safely not a bad price either! I would recommend all households that have more than one floor to have one! I'd like to get one for every room in our upstairs as I wished they had a deal on them like buy one get one half off or something Lol. But I do plan to purchase more in the future.
