It's a bit hard to credit this product with a complete revolution in my mood management, given all the other things I'm doing, but I do believe the extra B vitamins have contributed to my mental health. I've struggled with depression since my mid-teens. It didn't seem to respond to weight loss, exercise or healthy, home-cooked, whole foods. Anti-depressants took off the suicide edge, but I still dipped into many lengthy Blahs that were fairly incapacitating. For the last year I've been eating keto, for the most part. Lost 70 lbs. Started hiking 4 miles every other day. Diary tracking. Really dug into the micro-nutrients using the Cronometer app found that my whole life I've been shorting myself on a number of nutrients. Now I'm eating nuts every day for manganese. Fish oil Vitamin D. And lots of B vitamins, including Deproloft Methyl Cobalamine. My B is off the charts I haven't had a serious case of the Blahs, let alone wish I was dead in almost a year.Like I said: hard to credit Deproloft with the whole thing, but with the huge variety of specifically targeted B vitamins, I think this is a great place to start. If you can't afford it, get yourself some Carson's Very Finest Fish Oil, Vitamin D with K7 and methyl cobalamine. I use Source Naturals.Kick the Big D's butt!
