Not too hot but a nice low burn. Honey is rich but not overpowering. I would prefer honey that is sourced only in the USA however.

This honey is absolutely delicious, I bought it as. A joke for my husband as his name is mike, we have put it on chicken and baked it, and I just eat it right out of the container. Will definitely buy again!

This honey is delicious in tea, cocktails, oatmeal and I used it tonight for a chicken peanut dish with vermicelli. I bought it for husbands stocking stuffer and we all love it! Will be buying again and again!!

So far I've only tried it one a mcchicken, but that was enough for me to know that I want to put this stuff on EVERYTHING! It's so yummy! If you're thinking about buying it, stop thinking about it and just buy it! You won't regret it!

It tastes really good, it pretty hot. I'm just not sure how to cook with it. Lol I gave it to my husband for Christmas and he has put it on a few things and has really enjoyed it. If you like honey and spicy, it's for you!

I personally have never liked honey but I love this stuff. I prefer the extra hot one. So good on pizza, avocado toast, and more!

Bought this without experience with it, but oh so glad I did. I've put it in coffee as a sweetener, used on cheese and pepperoni, also tried it on pizza (highly highly recommend). I've ordered more for myself and sent it as gifts to two other people. This well forever be a staple in my kitchen from now on.
