At first I was a bit skeptical about buying this honey thinking what on earth would I put it in and tried to cancel it but I'm glad it didn't work out it makes awesome Mexican spicy coffee and I tasted the honey its delicious and not overpowering hot

I love the flavor. I add it to my homemade pizzas, wings, etc. I kind of feel like the bottle is designed to make more honey pour out than what's needed. But hey, that just means the food will taste even better.

Taste of sweet n spicy is amazing.. by itself it starts off like delectable honey. As you savior that first taste of sweetness when bam, you get the kick of spicy hitting you in the back of your throat. I'm sure it tastes wonderful on many other things as suggested but that is for you to decide. So far I've had it in homemade English muffin pizzas to add some sort of diversity besides the typical toppings and of course it was the BOMB.. so good. It tantalized my tastes buds. But again it's for you to decide what you want to add Mike's Hot Honey on.. oh but do so enjoy it, I know I did!!!!!

There are so many creative ways to use Mike's Hot Honey. Drizzling it over a soft ricotta cheese spread is one of them. Great flavor contrast.

This honey is sweet, not spicy, but gives a little heat in the back of your throat. It is becoming one of my favorite condiments. I use it on sandwiches, with appetizers and chicken.

If you like sweet and savory this is for you. Amazing on just about anything. I love it on pizza, drizzle on stir fry, chicken wings, waffles, even vanilla ice cream. TREAT YO'SELF!

I use this honey actually for my tea it taste like you have cayenne pepper in your tea. Gives it a beautiful spicy taste. Not too sweet and just the right amount of heat. I've purchased it again because I'm a tea drinker ,I love a beautiful tea but if you want to change it please use this honey. Went up in price a little bit but it's worth it. You can also use it in your cooking when I do my barbecue sauce I add a little , with some brown sugar I do not think you will regret this hot honey by Mike's.
