Even in 0 degree weather for 2 days these buckets kept the water warm and the horses love the warm water. Buckets were actually steaming! Love these buckets!

Bought for my Mini Donkey. We are in North Idaho with about 4ft of snow so far bucket keeping water like room temperature sitting out in the open. Love it and so does my little guy.

This was the second bucket I ordered and it is definitely what I wanted. Since all the buckets offered look the same I would suggest speaking with the seller before you order. This seller was very informed and helpful. I am definitely happy with this product.

It doesn't get the water hot, but it definitely keeps it from freezing. I bought this for my two outside dogs. I usually put their water in a 20 deep 50 gallon drum end, but it always freezes in the winter. This year i bought the 16 gallon heated water bucket. We had several sub freezing weeks this last wacky winter some days down in the single digits and the water in this bucket never froze or had ice skim on it. It doesn't get the water hot so no algae or other scum growth, but it keeps it from freezing. My dogs were happy they didn't have water problems.

Holds 15 gallons of water. We bought an insulator to go around it to . The water is a perfect warm every morning. Horses are drinking a lot more. Love it

Works great for mini horse. Hay does get stuck near element but I like that the element is accessible if it needs to be changed.

Absolutely love this bucket. It's sitting outside. We actually sat it in a rubber stall mat to break the current with the ground and put rubber mats where she walks. Just to eliminate the possibility of a shock like some say could happen.

The blue heated buckets are far superior to the green heated buckets....so much easier to clean and the water doesn't get as hot as the others. Warm water is fine but I feel if the water is too hot, it is wasting too much energy.
