I am most pleased with this purchase! Both dogs are able to eat when they want while us humans are at work. One tilt of the feeder is usually how much they need per day. A 50lb bag of dog food lasts about 2 weeks.

I read the reviews, but I just thought perhaps people got a bad one in the bunch. So I purchased it anyway. I made a mistake.This thing is horrible. The food will not continue to feed. It gets stuck and you have to physically pull it through with your fingers.The rod that is supposed to keep the top on was cut too short so it didn't reach all the way to the other side to keep the top on. I had to resort to putting nuts and bolts and each side in order to keep the lid from falling off.But the worst part by far is the poor design that doesn't allow regular size dog food to feed through the opening via gravity. It defeats the entire purpose of it's existence which is to be an AUTO feeder.Don't buy it.

I like this very much! Holds an entire 40 lb bag of food. It opens very easily for doggo to eat. The space is wide enough for up to two large dogs. Wish the lid would stay open when I try to to pick up the big bag of food but it's whatever. Still worth the money. Don't understand why it had so many bad reviews. People are too nit picky. _x000D_

I bought this for my livestock guardian dogs. It hikd a 50 lb bag of dog food. However; the level mechanism for the lid is flimsy. My feeder door sticks brand new out of the box. I like this product but will have to modify it to fit my needs. I don't think it's worth $90. I think 65 would have been fair for the quality. But it keeps my alpacas out of the dog food.

Overall a good product however it needs s way to secure the food flap open. Some dogs are intimidated by having to push open a flap to access food.

Very nice but the rod going through the lid opening was missing a lock washer on the outside and keeps coming out of the opening because missing the lock washer

Feeder slams on dogs head unless you find a way to prop it our Dogs don't like that, neither would I.

I like the quantity of food it can hold. It easily holds the large bag of food. I filled it when I first got it thinking the dogs would just eat away. I should have taken into account that they had to get used to it first, so after a couple days, I scooped half of it out to keep it fresh. So my recommendation would be not to fill to capacity until your dogs get used to it. Very Happy with the product so far.

It's sturdy but took away one Starr due to it arriving with a loose pin. Thankfully it was the pin that attaches the top flap thru where the food is reloaded and we secured it with ties. Not what I had in mind when I purchase a new item.

It is sturdily made, holds an appreciative amount of dog food.I have 8 assorted sized dogs from 16 lbs to 70 lbs. So a feeder big enough to hold enough feed to get through more than a day before refill is needed.Down side.The dog food does not flow from the top bin into the tray properly. I can see where the dogs have cleared the lower tray, but the would need to thump the container to start flow or dig at the feed discharge opening to try to drop food into the feed tray.Only 1 of my 8 will push the metal flap open and eat. I have to prop the bins flap so they will go into it.They know how flaps work, as I have always had doggy doors for them to use.I will continue to work to find a method to be able to use this product. I would like to see it work.

Had to send one back .Top was broken and dented. They sent me another in a timely manner. Top was fine but body was dented in 2 places..Still useable so I kepted that one..price to high for something that comes damaged..Only reason I didnt send it back is because I needed it to help feed my dog while on Vacation

I had to add electric tape to the ends of the two metal rods that hold the lid and feed door to stop them from sliding out of place. Dogs also were scared at first but have gotten over the noise of the feed door shutting after they back out of the food.

Can load about 40 lbs of dog food. Not a full 50. My dogs figured it out pretty fast and I don't have to stress about feeding times

I have four dogs and trying to keep them all fed on a regular basis is very time consuming sometimes. This product along with a 5 gallon water feeder has been the perfect fix to make sure all my pups are well feed/watered
