This works real well for my three large dogs. Had to remove the front door because it bothered the dogs, other than that it workss well. Reccomendation for the manufacturer: hinge the lid so it opens from the front for easier filling.

Hold plenty food for the whole week or more

The feeder looks great but is missing bolts along the side, the swinging door isn't put together and there are no instructions or hardware with it. I tried calling the storefront's customer service number but the line is no longer in service.

Fantastic idea! Unfortunately only 2 of my 3 dogs love it. The other is too scared to open it. The metals rub together and the noise scares her. She's a rottweiler that loves fireworks! Bummer!

Would have given five stars but was damaged at the top (it was bent) and do not get an airtight product. Otherwise, I love the concept.

This dog feeder arrived bent. Not surprised. It is made of pretty thin material. Says it is unreturnable. How would you know that ahead of ordering it?

2 days after I put it in the yard, it rained cats and dogs (sideways). I just knew that there would be water in the bottom since the flap moves inward to the food. I was absolutely wrong. It was bone dry. My dog's a bit of a dummy (bless his heart), so to get him trained/used to it, I put his normal food bowl in the feeding area (empty of course) so that he would associate the feeder with food/eating. It took a few days of this training, but he finally got the hint. Definitely glad we got it.

I love this new feeder for my dog. It's nice because she is a large breed that grazes but doesn't over eat so I can stick a whole bag of dog food in there instead of remembering to fill her bowl every day.It is thin and light weight. This isn't an issue for me because I'm only using it inside and don't plan on moving it much. I found it useful actually because it was easy to unpack and move into place.I have 2 issues with this product. One is that there is no way to keep the feeding flap open if you wanted it. My 75 lb puppy (yep she's still a puppy and no she is not done growing) will not nudge thing open. She will stand at a doorway and wait to be let in if the door isn't open wide enough. I thought maybe if food was the incentive she would Learn but no success. I ended up duct taping it open. But this isn't really a product complaint as much as weird pet complaint.The real issue is the lid. There is a long pin that acts as a hinge but doesn't stay in place when I'm refilling the feeder and the lid always falls off. I may have to take some time and rig it so that it stays in place more securely

I like this very much! Holds an entire 40 lb bag of food. It opens very easily for doggo to eat. The space is wide enough for up to two large dogs. Wish the lid would stay open when I try to to pick up the big bag of food but it's whatever. Still worth the money. Don't understand why it had so many bad reviews. People are too nit picky. _x000D_

I bought this for my livestock guardian dogs. It hikd a 50 lb bag of dog food. However; the level mechanism for the lid is flimsy. My feeder door sticks brand new out of the box. I like this product but will have to modify it to fit my needs. I don't think it's worth $90. I think 65 would have been fair for the quality. But it keeps my alpacas out of the dog food.

Overall a good product however it needs s way to secure the food flap open. Some dogs are intimidated by having to push open a flap to access food.

It's sturdy but took away one Starr due to it arriving with a loose pin. Thankfully it was the pin that attaches the top flap thru where the food is reloaded and we secured it with ties. Not what I had in mind when I purchase a new item.

Had to send one back .Top was broken and dented. They sent me another in a timely manner. Top was fine but body was dented in 2 places..Still useable so I kepted that one..price to high for something that comes damaged..Only reason I didnt send it back is because I needed it to help feed my dog while on Vacation

I had to add electric tape to the ends of the two metal rods that hold the lid and feed door to stop them from sliding out of place. Dogs also were scared at first but have gotten over the noise of the feed door shutting after they back out of the food.

Got this feeder for our dogs as we had neighborhood rats going into the other feeders we had for the pups. There is a light magnetic strip along the sides which help keep the door closed when not feeding. There isnt a huge amount of pressure required for a dog to push the door open, but it is more effort than our small dog expected. It took a couple days of treat tempting him to teach him to push the door open. The only negative is the metal is quite loud and both of our dogs are a little sound shy so the loud banging it would make when closing was detrimental. I fixed this with some stickyback foam to muffle the clang sound of the door closing. The container had one minor bend on the lid where it looks like it may have been dropped but the material is easy enough to fix and i bent it back to place.

Does its purpose easy to use only thing I disliked is that when you need to pour food in it's a little hard because it doesnt stay open. My dog uses it no complains about that.

I bought this for my dogs. The magnet on the door could be stronger. It's way too weak and opens very easily. Besides that it functions.
