I have used all sorts of food containers for our outside ranch dogs. This one is by far the best! I have not had any problems with water ruining the food or bugs getting into it!Wished I would have found this years ago

Its a fantastic large capacity and affordable auto feeder. I cant recommend it enough.One note is that my dogs didnt like the swinging door, but a little tape and the door can be left open. 10/10 purchase.

This was a great food dispenser for my dogs. They were good at not over eating so I was able to put a full 50 pound bag in the dog feeder and not have to worry about them being hungry while I was gone on trips or at work. I did add some adhesive Velcro on the lid so they couldnt open it and try to tip it over. I also added a brick on top so they couldnt tip it over. Its made out of metal which makes it really durable and my dogs cant chew it up. It is really expensive though, there wasnt a lot of options so I went with this one.

Would be perfect if the lid mounted the other direction or to one side for ease of filling container.

I've been using the 50 lb feeders in my kennels for over thirty years. All my dogs readily eat from them. I have some very large bloodhounds and they don't have any problem eating from them. Very good value.

This feeder works great!! It took a few days of training to get my German Shepherd to use it. She didn't like the CLANG when the door closed. I mounted it on the deck railing , using the holes built in the back, so it's up off the ground. Anything to make it harder for non-dog critters to get to it. It holds a LOT of food. The food stays nice and dry.

I've had one of these for years, but now have a puppy (different food) so I needed another one. They come assembled. Set it where you want it, dump the bag if food in it and that's it! Super durable!

I love being able to just pour the whe bag in and the dogs are good to go for a couple weeks.

My dogs prefer their own bowl, however, the storage feature is good for large kennels or multiple dogs. I took the front door off, so that the dogs can get a snack when they want to.

At first we were not sure about this. Ours dogs could not figure out how to push open the door so we propped open the door with a magnet and it works great. The only thing that would make this better if the food dropped until the tray was full. We are buying another one.
