Has a small air leak where the dual head chuck is threaded on the brass tube.Milton product made in the USA. That is why I bought this air chuck.Shouldn't leak. Not a deal breaker but expect top quality from Milton.

The thread on the extension tube doesn't match that on my older Milton tire inflator/gage. I just unscrewed the chuck and put it on my old extension tube. Works fine.Recommended, but check the thread size before ordering.

After leakage problems with asian inflator with gauge, I decided to go USA and am glad I did. No more frustration of losing more air in the tire than I put in. This item works like a charm.
