Almost a perfect radio. The bluetooth feature was the main reason why I upgraded to this radio but it's the only flaw I was disappointed on. Bluetooth signal cuts off while playing music within 15 feet or less or it just silents music completely leaving no sound out of the speakers while playing music. Very disappointing since I expected great quality as they advertise on the bluetooth. I love milwaukee tools and I love the radio regardless because of its looks and sounds great. Please milwaukee fix it it was almost a perfect radio.

The radio is loud and has clear powerful sound. It's a portable sound system with durablilty for the job site. It runs off battery or 110v. I think the price is about right for this radio, $200 bucks, don't pay more than that. It comes with a warranty but I'm hoping it never breaks due to design issues.

First off, I love this radio. I fly southwest so that I can check a bag... and that bag only has this radio in it. No joke. However, it still has some issues.

The bluetooth function is great.

The fact that it has perfect power sharing is AMAZING. If you're charging a battery and then unplug the cord, there's seamless playback.

The bottle opener actually works without spilling your beer (UNLIKE the $120 version)

You CAN plug a regular aux cable and USB in simultaneously (UNLIKE the $120 version)

I have only used the full volume on this thing for a few minutes at a time... its just too loud.

and as for sturdiness, as I said before - its flown as a checked bag and remained unharmed.

My only complaints: getting my big hands into the device well to plug in cables is a hard, and by laptops (three different manufacturers) can't ever find it on bluetooth.

I recently bought this radio at Home Depot this week for $230 and so far it's the best quality radio I owned. I got this as soon as I returned the Makita 18V LXT Lithium-Ion radio, which claimed it had powerful and rich sound, but it didn't live up to my very loud working environment as a welder. Milwaukee actually has enough pride to state that is has 40 watts right on the box. It can be heard over a couple of surface grinders on metal within 40 feet approximately.

Anyways on to the negatives: Has same sound wattage as their last version of the Milwaukee radio they could of put more wattage in for the extra money, my IPhone 6 Plus won't fit into the sealed compartment unless it's out of any case, which when it does fit it only has about no more than an 8th of an inch around the sides of it, and also you can't play music through the USB connection. The USB plug is JUST for charging a device while operating.

The Positive: It's the first Bluetooth radio that is made for rigid construction sites, it charges devices while playing music, and also it has adjustable bass and treble for those different songs that already comes with too much bass as is. I recommend this product to every hard worker and I Know Milwaukee will make those negatives disappear with their next version.
