Mission: The Mission of Mississippi Coats4kidz is to ensure every child in the state has a winter coat, gloves, and caps when the temperature drops. We also strive to educate parents the negative effects children feel when they get extremely cold. The effects go far beyond a physical need, affecting their schoolwork, education, health, and wellbeing.

Results: The results are stunning because in a very short time we have been able to reach thousands. 2015 in December only 50 children. In 2016 we provided over 700 coats. In 2017 we were able to help over 2,000 children and yearly the numbers are growing. There are over 250,000 children living in poverty in Mississippi so you can see we have a long way to go.
