All the yummy without the burden of caffeine, theobromine, sugar, or A1-gene dairy. Deeper flavor panel than chocolate. This lady knows what the best carob manufacturer's products were like before they were bought by a company that dismissed the carob product line. After some years weaning from chocolate, I accidentally bought a fabulous carob brownie that turned out to be a misplaced chocolate one from the same company - should have been replaced in the bin next to it. When I got it home & bit into it, the taste was alarming - flat, dull, 2-D, and dusty tasting. I seriously wondered if I was coming down with something that denatured my taste buds. Nope, Just wasn't carob. Never going back to chocolate.
