Mission: Mobile Meals of Toledo’s mission is to help our clients sustain independence and enhance their quality of life by delivering nutritious food.
Target demographics: individuals maintain or restore a healthy diet to stay in their own homes.
Direct beneficiaries per year: We served over 1,900 clients. Our kitchen prepared 230,375 home-delivered meals. We provided $144,475 in assistance.
Geographic areas served: NW Ohio
Programs: Mobile Meals fosters independent living while helping individuals maintain or restore a healthy diet. With every meal delivery, Mobile Meals provides a check of each client’s well-being and can reduce the need for some health care services, giving peace of mind to friends and relatives. Mobile Meals is for people of all ages and economic levels. We serve clients who may be homebound, have limited mobility, are recovering from surgery or injury, or those unable to cook, shop, or maintain a healthy diet.
