NOT only do these rings LOOK killer, they fit almost perfectly!!!.. What an excellent value for such quality merchandise.. WILL definitely buy again!!..

These turned out to be quality pieces of hardware. The chrome plating seems thick and durable. Size was correct.

I used these on my Gibson Explorer. Unfortunately a careless moment with a soldering iron put a burn on the side of the neck pickup and i was distraught. These are wider than stock so they covered the damage.BUT since these are wider than stock i had to slightly take some of the pickguard down with sandpaper so they will not fit a stock Explorer. They are solid and have a quality finish though.

First of all, the rings I ordered arrived much sooner than the October - November time frame I was given at the time I ordered.The chrome finish is well polished and of good quality. This was very important to me since my project involves painting the rings with Shadow Chrome Black-Out paint to obtain a deep black chrome effect. If everything goes right these rings will replace the original black plastic rings on my Ibanez AX120 guitar.The opening for the pickups is correct and the mounting holes are placed right so no redrilling will be needed.I wish the rings were non-tapered like the originals, but since the taper is not severe these should be OK.
