I am delightfully satisfied by this product.It has everything they advertise.Clear directions, fully functioning links. written in English that you can actually read and understand, not google translate from chinese.Overall a great product for such a reasonable price.I recommend this.

My 13 year old son has been interested in programming and building circuits for a couple of years. We are in a very rural area, and homeschool, so most of his knowledge has come from youtube. I got this for him so we could learn together and maybe I would be able to understand him amd have an intelligible conversation. I have not watched the instructions yet, but he has already built so many things since Christmas. My only downside is that he needs a better workspace because these tiny things are all over my house now.

Great variety of items in this kit and the components seem to be of good quality for designing neat circuits. I keep going back to this kit to put together small tools to perform various tasks. For example, a small critter was entering the house at night somewhere, so I was able to set up a motion sensor and run an alarm to my room to wake me when the animal was inside. It worked great and reliably to catch the invader. I'm excited to use the other items in this kit as challenges arise!

Not something you can just pickup and start learning, so definitely have the time and motivation to do digging on instructions and fun tutorials online.You can be very creative and learn to apply code quickly. Recommend it to middle school through college level learning.

Everything about this kit is great, and I can tell that I'm going to learn a lot going through the tutorials provided. My one complaint is that the resistors are incredibly hard to read. I tried using the included color code for the resistors in the pdf doc, and I even compared them to the other resistors in the pack and they're near impossible to tell apart. Or at least they are to me, because i'm brand new to the hobby. Short of having a multimeter handy, I don't think i'd be able to sort these out. Now, I am aware that Elegoo included these resistors specifically because they are more accurate, but still, I was hoping to use this as an opportunity to learn how to identify the resistor i'm looking at with the provided chart.Also, I would have preferred there to have been a longer USB cable for the Arduino, but considering just how much they stuffed into the kit, I really can't complain too much.All that being said, the documentation they provide for this kit is priceless. Incredibly well put together and easy to understand. I'm very much looking forward to diving in and learning all about everything in here.

My 10 year old son is trying to get into this kind of stuff. We thought this would be a great gift for him. When we opened it it has aDisk to put into a Computer with instructions. Unfortunately my computer is Old and the Software wouldn't work in it. I think they should have another way to Get instructions for kids. We are sending it back.

With a few YouTube videos you will have this thing going in no time. It's been great. My teenage sons are really getting into it and ts our first time with anything like this. The kit is really well put together.

My nephew is 12 and totally in to robotics. I cannot wait to see his face when he opens this! I believe this will really challenge him and get him thinking. Cannot wait for Christmas!!

There's so much here to test and play with. The tutorials are spot on (and updated), the code works. Have ran about 5 of the projects so far and it's all worked quickly and easily. I've used Arduino years ago, so I'm not a beginner, but I think even beginners will figure this out pretty quickly.

This was the best $60 I ever spent. I always wanted to learn about electronics and computer programming. This does both.

my son and i wanted explore this kit for him further understanding code, for that it is perfect. But get ready the parent for helping. If wanting a more friendly 12 yr old kit maybe start with something less . Together we are figuring out all the kit and instructions ( tutorials and lessons) it is very complete and tons of sensors, nice packaging and perfect for those engineer minded folks who would like help there children move forward with the stem education. online examples are plenty and nice layout of instructions also.

I first bought the Super Starter Kit and loved it. I wanted to do more so I bought this kit The Most Complete Starter Kit. I love it too. It has more sensor and modules. More FUN! At 67 I don't learn as fast as I use to. These kits have good instructions. I am learning about electronics, programing the Arduino and the C language. The kit comes in a nice box to keep all the parts in. Not in a jumbled mess in a bag. When I had a question, I could not get an answer to I emailed Elegoo and the next day I had and answer. (Not weeks). If you have a child or you're an older person like me wanting to learn you can't go wrong with this kit. I see an Elegoo robot car in the future.
