I want to love these and they look like they should sprout well but I am only getting a ~70% sprouting rate and the part that doesn't sprout turns to spoiled mush so I won't be getting these groats again and can't say I recommend them.

Gluten free soy sauce (optional) To Taste

Stove Top Instructions:

1. Combine Naked Oats, water or broth and 1 Tbsp. butter or olive oil (optional) into a medium saucepan. Stir Well.

2. Bring contents to a boil, Reduce Heat (low to medium-low) and simmer covered 45 min. or until water is absorbed.

**Can be easily prepared in an electric rice cooker following the manufactures instructions for brown rice.
