I want to love these and they look like they should sprout well but I am only getting a ~70% sprouting rate and the part that doesn't sprout turns to spoiled mush so I won't be getting these groats again and can't say I recommend them.

I always sprout and dehydrate my oats or mill them into flour to use in my sourdough products and so I love the high quality and quantity this farm/brand offers. Perfect for what I need it for.
