Mission: The montana innocence project is dedicated to exonerating the innocent and preventing wrongful convictions.
Programs: The montana innocence project provides charitable legal assistance to wrongfully convicted montanans using dna and other evidence to exonerate them. We provide charitable education to law and journalism students through clinical training programs, conduct outreach to raise awareness about wrongful conviction, and provide training to improve administration of justice. In 2017, the montana innocence project saw two exonerations of innocent montanans by the montana innocence project - cody marble after 14 years and jasmine eskew after 3 years.
