Mission: The Montgomery County Community Cat Coalition (MC C³) is an all-volunteer, independent, 501(c)3 nonprofit animal protection organization dedicated to improving the lives of community cats in Montgomery County, Maryland.

Results: In 2019, we trapped, neutered, and returned over 600 cats. In 2020, we trapped, neutered, and returned over 570 cats. In addition, 220 kittens were placed in foster care with adoption groups or Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center. We gave caretakers over 100 outdoor shelters for community cats We provided over 8000 pounds of cat food to caretakers.

Target demographics: Caretakers of community cats

Direct beneficiaries per year: We trapped, neutered, vaccinated, and returned (TNR) over 570 cats and distributed over 5000 pounds of cat food. We provided over 100 winter shelters.

Geographic areas served: Montgomery County, Maryland

Programs: We assist with trap/neuter/vaccination/return of community cats and provide winter shelters and feeding stations for community cats. We also have a food bank which provides cat food to caretakers.
