Some of the best nonorganic flour that you can get. Makes great bread! It has enough gluten in it to use as a bread flour!

Really great bread flour. Makes excellent cinnamon rolls, bread, etc. I also use it to lighten up my sourdough that I make with bread for life starter. Will most likely purchase again.

This is my go-to all-purpose flour. I keep it stored in the bag with the top rolled down tight, and just get a little bit out at a time to fill my countertop canister. Wonderful for sourdough starters. I buy my flour already ground because I'm just too busy to grind my own wheat berries at this time in my life. Thank you, Azure, for the option of already ground flour that is still healthy and toxin-free!
