I don't have a lot (or any) experience in applying Halloween makeup, but was really impressed with this! It was super easy to apply and it stayed on all night. My husband went as Riff Raff from Rocky Horror, so the black, brownish, and red colors were perfect for around his eyes and on his cheeks. You don't really need a lot to get the effect either, so it should last a while. Very pleased with this purchase!

I thought this product had everything I needed for the right coloring when creating my zombie wounds. When mixing the colors, it does create that purple other people are complaining about. Otherwise, it’s no biggie. I didn’t need it. It’s worth the money! Creamy texture and pigment is fantastic.

Amazing ends results! This is my first time trying out fx makeup so I thought I’d start small. So I started with a few bruises. Amazing product for creating bruises! I haven’t tried it for anything else yet but once I get my other supplies I will. Very pleased with this item!

Perfect for Halloween mask make up

I was easily able to make bruising and irritation for my FX looks! A little goes a long way!

This color wheel was perfect for creating the bruised, irritated look (around and on the lacerations) that I was going for! No need to reapply however I do use a setting spray after applying my costume makeup. Makeup is creamy and goes on smooth. Good quality makeup for a low cost is the way to go.

I have only used mine once but the pigment its amazing and cheap. although to be honest I have forgotten that i have purchased this. but work great my skin tone is light tan.

This product came faster than I was expecting it too! It swatched beautifully. I can't wait for Halloween to use it!

This bruise wheel is amazing and for the price,I'm not sorry that I bought this one, instead of the one I really wanted(Ben Nye Master Bruise Wheel). This comes with one less color than the bruise wheels from other brands (Graftobian and Ben Nye) BUT I can get the same results.

I ordered this for Halloween this year and I just received it not too long ago. I have played with it a few times since and I absolutely love it! Super creamy, easy to blend, great product!

I always use this when I do SFX makeup. It is my go to product. It's amazing and I definitely recommend it. The colors are amazing and show very well. It doesn't irritate my skin and comes off easily with soap.

This makeup wheel worked perfectly for creating a black eye as well as other bruises and scrapes. It was easy to apply and blended well. Although it's a grease makeup, it definitely does not feel greasy on your skin! (I used to work in a Halloween store where we'd use those really cheap grease 34;cream34; makeups that ran really badly, so I wasn't sure about this initially.) I watched a tutorial on Youtube and the girl utilized the Ben Nye bruise wheel, which has one additional color (looks like a dark blue) but is more than twice the cost. I felt this worked really well and was really great quality, and I didn't need to spend the extra $20 to get it. I would recommend using a setting powder and setting spray to keep the effects from running or getting smudged if you touch them. The makeup did fade a bit by the end of the day, but I was also outside for a large portion of the day in 80-degree weather, so I was surprised it lasted as long as it did! I would use FX makeup wheels by this brand again!

Most of the colors worked great and the staying power of the darker colors were amazing even after being rubbed. The bright red wasn't the best but the blue and darker red were great. I recommend using a cotton ball to apply the colors for a more realistic appearance.
