These were so realistic we really grossed a few people out I got these for my sons halloween costume He literally had to lay down at one point because this was so realistic looking he thought he might faint We followed the video instructions and used the fake blood liberally I did a trial run on my arm and wore it to work We combined them with the Possessed Trauma Tatto to make the wounds look septic and it really really worked I highly recommend these
