For the price it can't be beat. It's salt without iodine for canning. One purchase and I have nine boxes. I don't buy salt in vast quantities since I have never canned. Neighbor says I now ready for the apocalypse since they normally stock three boxes and they can everything. I used half a cup this year.

It was packed very well but the salt escape one of the boxes. It wasn't much just enough for me, for some reason, to feel cheated. Lol

No iodine and no anti clumping chemicals in this salt. I use it for canning and everyday use. I just put a few grains of rice in my table saltshakers to keep it flowing. Being able to buy such a large quantity is so convenient, since a lot of stores only carry iodine salt nowadays. As far as the boxes leaking, of course they do, they always did, no big deal. I just keep them stored in vacuum sealed bags to keep moisture out and the salt in.

This is a lot of salt for the money! I live far from any store that would carry it so being able to have it delivered was perfect.Yes, there was a little salt in the box but that happens with flour and sugar as well. It was double boxed and the individual boxes were perfect.

9 boxes all packed tightly in one box , packaged inside of another box ...slight leak in the bottom of one box due to original packaging but all in all was perfect , thank you .

Good value however the packaging could definitely be improved the individual boxes themselves allow the salt to leak out of the seams
