I love this one - super flavorful! I always buy this one for camping or long travels since it is small to pack and you can bring it as carry-on for your flight. Easy to cook and carry - all you need is hot water :)

Very good flavor, considering its freeze dried and can't beat the 30 year shelf life, and better prices than other freeze dried packs!Definitely purchasing more!!Good job Mountain House!!

It doesn't get any easier than adding boiling water and ending of with something that tastes great!

I've yet to eat any of their meals that I didn't like. Light weight, easy prep and tasty!

A great entree for breakfast. Mountain house is the best in camping food.

We're redoing our kitchen and had no way to cook eggs and I really had a craving for eggs one morning. So, we decided to try one of our packs we have in storage. They're pretty good! We added just a bit of salt and spices and they were a decent substitute for fresh eggs. The hotter the water the better though. Left them sitting in the water longer and the eggs softened up even more. Would recommend!!!

Great mix of flavors and a good rehydration into a hearty breakfast. Easy to use on the trail and a good start for a long day's hike.

I like it but it didn't fill me up. For the price, you would think they would give you a full meal.

A little bit of weird egg texture but incredibly flavorful! We made breakfast burritos with it and it totally masked the weird egg texture! 10/10!

I'm giving it a lower rating because I'm comparing it to a similar meal of a different brand, but perhaps some of the fault lies with me for not using hot enough water. Or measuring - I didn't have measuring cups with me. That said, I learned with other meals that the water temperature makes a difference so that could be on me, but comparing to the other brand (Peak Refuel) the flavor wasn't as good and needed some extra seasoning/garlic powder.

I compared this to the Peak brand of Breakfast Skillet. The Mountain House was preferred by everyone in my family, including myself. The taste was good and it looked like real scrambled eggs. They were moist and the eggs did not break apart like the Peak brand. And at 3.7 oz, there are enough eggs for 2 people, or more if you serve less with other things. The Peak brand had more vegetables than egg, it seemed, and the eggs broke apart into small bits. The flavor was bland. The Mountain House required 10oz of hot water, and the Peak required 16oz, since it’s a larger package at 4.87oz. Overall, I would buy more Mountain House because of the taste, texture, visual appeal, and less water required, but if you want more vegetables and can add some seasoning, the Peak is a good option also.

Awful! One has to be close to starvation and death for it to be mistaken as good
