These hold 2 cans of propane .on on each side.also can buy adapter hose of 15 gallon tank.Also these are 100 in door safe.

There is nothing that I dislike about this heater, it is easy to set up and use right away. Just watch aquick video to make sure that you understand how to hook up a 20lb propane tank (cost effective) and the best advise is to purchase the Big Buddy hose attachment, then you will have no concerns about problems later with a gunked up heater?Learn how to light the pilot properly and decide what heat level that you require.I would run on medium for 10 minutes and then switch to low in my 350 sq ft room, it took the"chill" off right away! On nights that I built a fire, I was very toasty warm on very cold nightsand so was my fur family!

Puts out a lot of heat. Your going go through a lot of propane bottles. I probably will have to connect to a propane tank in the future.

I am using this to heat 800 square feet of living space with no working furnace. Gets my home from about 50 degrees in the morning up to 70 in about two hours. Works great!

Very good heater. 3 heat settings safety tip over switch and CO2 shut off. We're using it to heat a small porch as needed. It does everything as advertised. Heats my 9 by 12 porch from 31 to 70 degrees in about 15 minutes.We got this to warm our three season porch in the fourth season as we ,, the cats and us love to sit out there and watch the birds and lights in the garden. Works perfectly for our purpose.

I had picked this up when it was on sale to use to hear my garage when I work out there. I hadn't really had a need to use it so it just sat out there. I live in Wisconsin and we just had a bad snow storm that left a lot of people (including me) without power. Thankfully, this was sitting in the garage. Without power, I had no way to run my furnace. My house is small (lt; 1000 sq ft) and this was able to keep the temp around 65 fahrenheit when the temp outside was lt; 20. I ended up going through 4 camping sized propane canisters in about 24 hours.
