Bought this for my housekeeper because she asked for one and she loves it! and I love the results. So everybody is happy. It reaches everywhere and does a good job dusting.

I was excited to get this. The long pole was going to be convenient and the duster head was pretty full. However, when I went to use it for the first time, all the feathers were just breaking apart. I spent two minutes trying to dust with it, and ten minutes picking up tiny feather pieces. What a waste of money. I won't be buying this brand of duster ever again. :(

I actually was hesitant about order this because the pole was plastic and not wood. But due to the fact that I could not find one that had a wooden pole that was anywhere close to long enough, I did order it. I have been pleased with it and it has worked out well.
