Use this every year in the tree stand while hunting and videoing my hunts for our YouTube channel. Easy to setup and remove and rock steady.

Well made, sturdy camera mount. A little snug initially getting camera arm bolt into support socket but works very well.

As a right handed person, I have a horrible time figuring out where to place the base because the ratchet sits right behind your back if you try and set it to control the arm with your left hand.

This camera mount is great for beginners that are juat starting out filming themselves hunting. Its easy to set up and take down which makes it convenient for public land hunting that restricts you from leaving it on the tree. My only complaint with this product is how much it weighs, but still not a big deal

used it several times with a 1/4 20 phone mountCons:Ratchet is loud and a bit of a pain to setup every time you go out as I hunt different stands.It doesn't fit well in a backpack either.the base doesn't go on/off as easy as it is described in the assembly instructionsPros:Quite steadyone hand operation while holding bow is awesome.cheaper than the fourth arrow or lone wolf custom gear option

I run a cannon t3i off this arm and its so hard to get a nice smooth fluid movement even after loosing the bolts and putting a couple drops of oil in the joints. If you go to try and move it the joints pop quite loudly and its very noticeable in the woods. Its a solid arm for sure just not something that I personally am too impressed with when it comes to actually using it.
