I bought these to personalize with laser etching. I haven't done such yet, but I have little doubt they will do well. The finish is somewhat coarse. However, it does help with the grip. The cylinder is a bit large for small hands. Nonetheless, it does a beautiful job of keeping things cold and hot; A there. One of the nice things about such a design is that the double walls prevent sweating. They are very attractive and should be marvelous for personal use or gifts.

Tested with ice and water before our trip and ice stayed (in my kitchen) for 20 hours before I got bored with my experiment. Took them with us to respect on riviera Maya and they worked out well. Only small complaint is you can't have a tight seal with the straw in so if someone knocks your drink into a pool water is getting in

Some of the cups had scratched on them but I made it work because i didn't have time to send them back !! They hold permanent vinyl mostly!! Wish the texture was smoother but none the less great cups

I purchased these to use for a cricut stencil with citrus trip for etching. The powder coating is very very thick. Some of the paint was removed easily and some I NEVER got off. The tumblers are nice though but I wouldn't recommend for the purpose I got them for.
