I am pleasantly surprised how nice these are. I purchased 8 with different photos on each. One came with the plastic top cracked. I would like to get a replacement for this as its a gift.I am very pleased otherwise.

Its a beautiful cup. It wont spill, keep coffee warm for a very long time. The design is better than expected. Way better. It looks trully beautiful. Just the very small detail that, for me, took one star out was the rubber that hold the cup sealed is impossible to clean. This was a father's day gift, so, from June to October it has collected this gross amount of gunk and it is impossible to clean. I wont let my husband drink from it anymore.
