To that end, the Museum presents a variety of exhibitions, public programs, and publications, all investigating what gives New York its singular character. Our collection of over 1.5 million objects and images includes items of decorative art; photography, prints and drawings; a theater and Broadway collection; a toy collection; fashion, costumes and textiles; and paintings and sculptures. (Less)
