Mission: The MCHC mission is to strengthen the Milwaukee community and increase the well-being of its residents by providing free and charitable health care services, social services, counseling, emergency assistance, educational and job-training programs

Target demographics: Disenfranchised, underinsured, uninsured populations, but we will help anyone

Direct beneficiaries per year: Since 2018, we educated over 500 people on Depression, Anxiety, Divorce and Domestic Abuse, Anger Management, Substance Abuse

Geographic areas served: the Greater Milwaukee Area

Programs: free and charitable clinic, using a sliding fee scale, Mental health, Senior center, community garden, refugee resources, educational workshops on breast health, Alzheimer's awareness, chronic disease
