The bag works great and for the price but they dont tell you that when you call for a pick-up its about $185

Removed an old wooden play set. Worked great no issues with setup, scheduling or pickup. Will use again

The bag was fine. Bagster service however, is terrible. Nothing but delays after scheduling a pickup. Ended up having a local company come out and get bag - same day I called them. Will never consider using Bagster service again. Buyer beware.

These bags arrive by mail, and are easy to set up. They come with instructions about what you can and cannot put in them. They are a little floppy at first, of course, but as we piled up our junk (we had a lot of junk), the bags were sturdy and our junk was secure for the pick-up.I couldn't believe how fast and easy the pick-up was, and the driver was super nice.Note: For pick-up, bags need to be near the street and away from power lines. Don't make the mistake we made of filling the bags in our driveway before realizing our power lines would be a problem. Even so - it was relatively easy to unload most of the bags, drag them to a better spot, and refill them.

The material it's made out of seems as if it'll be durable enough. But, pay extra close attention to the dimensions of this. The sides on this are only about a foot and a half tall. How in the world it can hold everything they claim without half (or more) falling out when then go to pick it up I don't understand. To get much in this, you're going to need an expert in piling everything up so it doesn't fall everywhere before you can how get it tied down.

Was worried they wouldn't be able to reach the bag from the street, but they had no problem at all! Very satisfied. Waste Management showed up on the day I requested. Between this bag and the pick up fees/taxes, paid about $200 total.

This is a great alternative to having a dumpster in your driveway. Comes in a very small package but unfolds into a reasonable sized dumpster. The rules of how to unfold and where to place it are clear and WM comes within 3 days of your request for pickup, in my case it was 2 days.

The Bagsters were great but people should check w Waste Management BEFORE buying and using to see if they pick up in their area. We assumed they would since WM is our waste pick up provider but when we called for a pick up of 2 fully junk loaded bagsters and we're told the do t service our area. And we were left holding' the bag!

I filled 2 of the bagsters and called for a pickup and was told they didn't pick up in my area. Would have been nice to know. Now I have 2 bags full of refuse in my driveway that I will have to unload and dispose of in some other way. Save your money and your time. Also they were not helpful on the phone. It was like too bad so sad.
