Mission: Naples Art has been at the forefront of the Arts & Cultural landscape of Naples since 1954.We believe art can change lives and improve communities. We are committed to developing tomorrow's artists and arts leaders, ensuring artistic expression is accessible to everyone and enriching Southwest Florida through the visual arts.
Results: For over 65 year, Naples Art has ensured everyone has access to the visual arts. Whether creating art, viewing art or experience an art event, the community grows stronger when arts are a part of our daily life.
Target demographics: those interested in learning about and participating in the creative process
Direct beneficiaries per year: the education of over education 3,000 adults and youth in art and art appreciation; a positive impact on the community of over 2 million dollars; art therapy for those suffering with Alzheimer's or depression; over 1,000 artists helped in developing careers in the arts; and 70,000 people who view and appreciate exposure to the arts.
Geographic areas served: Southwest Florida
Programs: adult and children's classes and workshops; art therapy classes; art appreciation lectures, professional development programs for artists; special events such as "Dinner with Artists" as well as hosting national art festivals.
