Mission: To address the health, safety, ecomomic and social justice issues related to domestic violence, sexual assault and substance abuse through education, public awareness and direct services.

Programs: Provide housing, food, clothing and assistance to abused women and children provide training and public awareness about the dynamics of domestic violence and substance abuse to members of the general public.
